At Lapphund Designs, we want to make sure you know exactly how and when to expect your order. Our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our trusted third-party partner, ensuring quality at every step.


Shipping Timeframes

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Please note that our shipping times include both production (fulfillment) and delivery.

  • Fulfillment: Most orders are fulfilled within 2-7 business days.
  • Shipping: Shipping times vary depending on your location:
    • USA: 3-4 business days
    • Canada: 6-10 business days
    • Europe: 3-10 business days
    • Australia/New Zealand: 6-14 business days
    • International: 7-20 business days

These are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and local carrier performance.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. The standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • USA: Starting from $3.99
  • Canada: Starting from $6.99
  • Worldwide: Starting from $11.99

For multiple items, additional costs may apply.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.


International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally! However, please be aware that some countries may charge customs or import fees once your package arrives. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on additional charges.


What If My Order Is Delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at lapphunddesigns@gmail.com. We’ll work with Printful to resolve any delays and ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at lapphunddesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged item. We will work with Printful to offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.


Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Printful. You will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping the order.
