At Lapphund Designs, your satisfaction matters. Because our items are made to order, we handle returns and exchanges a bit differently — here’s everything you need to know.
Return Policy
We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email us with the details listed here.
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
- Your order number and the affected item(s)

Non‑Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size orders
- Customized or personalized items
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us and we’ll guide you through next steps.
